VOX is a start-up brand that focuses on Artificial Intelligence services for telecommunication companies. We teamed up with Vodafone Queen St to help resolve their proposal of slow customer

service and long queues. The AI acts as an assistant to aid staff in-store, addressing telecommunication related service towards customer needs.


As the creative director, my role is to create design documentation including branding, prototyping AI form and functionalities, concept designs, UI designs and campaign collaterals.
